Who we are

stickylegend.com.au is run by Odo Australian Group Pty Ltd (ABN 40 669 601 058), trading as Sticky Legend. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming it. If we can't supply something you ordered, for example because of a pricing or stock mistake, we'll tell you and refund what you paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Sticky Legend is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Pack prices (any 5 for $20, any 10 for $35) are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout when you place your order.

The stickers

Each sticker is about 55 x 65 mm, white vinyl with a gloss finish, cut to the shape of the design. Colours can look a little different on different screens. The photos on product pages are mock-ups that show the size and how a sticker might look in use.

Only stick them on things you own or have permission to stick things on.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy and our Refunds and returns policy are part of these terms.

Our designs

The sticker designs, words and pictures on this site belong to Odo Australian Group Pty Ltd. Buying a sticker lets you use that sticker. It doesn't let you copy, print or sell the design.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, if something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
