How much is postage?
$2 flat by regular letter post, anywhere in Australia. It is free when your order reaches $20.
How long does delivery take?
I usually pack and post orders the same business day. In busy times, especially in the lead-up to Christmas, it can take 2 to 5 business days. After that it travels by Australia Post regular letter, which usually takes 2 to 6 business days. Delivery times are set by Australia Post and can't be guaranteed.
Something is wrong with my order
If a sticker arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, email me at hello@stickylegend.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I will send a replacement or refund you.

How big is the sticker?
About 55 × 65 mm. It is cut to the shape of the design, with a thin white border around it. One of the photos shows it next to a bank card so you can judge the size.
What is it made of?
White vinyl with a gloss finish. Each sticker comes on its own backing card inside a clear sleeve.
How do I put it on?
Clean and dry the surface first. Peel the sticker off its backing, line up one edge, then press it down from the middle outwards so no air gets trapped.
Can I mix designs?
Yes. Any 5 stickers are $20 and any 10 are $35, in any mix. The cart works out the price, so there is no code to remember.
Do you post overseas?
Not at the moment. We post anywhere in Australia, including PO boxes.
Can I track my order?
Not on standard orders. They go by Australia Post regular letter, which has no tracking. That is what keeps postage at $2.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Stickers are small and go by letter, so there are no change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, you get a replacement or refund, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
My order didn't arrive. What now?
If it hasn't arrived 15 business days after posting, email hello@stickylegend.com.au within 60 days of ordering. Please check the address on your order confirmation first. I'll post it again once, at no cost.
Who makes the designs?
One person in Australia writes the jokes and makes every design for Sticky Legend, with help from AI tools for the drawing. Every design is checked by a human before it is printed.
Can I order a lot for my team or an event?
Yes. Any 10 stickers are $35 with free postage. For bigger orders, email hello@stickylegend.com.au and I'll tell you what is possible.
